Booth Info

BOOTH ASSIGNMENT: 
The AMMI Canada – CACMID Annual Conference Secretariat will assign booth numbers as equitable as possible, on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the date that the exhibit booth space application form is submitted online. Sponsors with a booth included in their sponsorship package will receive first priority. The first round of booth assignments will be issued in late January, and the second round of booth assignments will be issued in late March.
Please provide any comments that may help the Conference Secretariat assign your booth. If you prefer a booth location away from or next to another exhibitor, please include details.

ORGANIZATION NAME: Confirm your organization’s official name, exactly as it is to appear in the conference platforms.
LOGO: Upload your logo (high resolution image or PDF file), to be included on the conference platforms, the final conference program guide, and on signage (or send by email to exhibits@unconventionalplanning.com).
