NOTE: You will also be asked to provide your logo, an exhibitor profile with a short description of your organization and/or your products/services (maximum 50 words per standard booth, maximum 25 words per small booth), and your website and social media URLs for the conference platforms.
The AMMI Canada – CACMID Annual Conference offers an interactive platform for leading experts in diagnostic microbiology, antimicrobial stewardship, infectious diseases, infection prevention and control, and public health to convene. This conjoint meeting between AMMI Canada and CACMID draws participants from across Canada and internationally.
Continuing the tradition, the 2026 conference will deliver updates on a broad range of topics to a diverse group of professionals, including clinicians, microbiologists, laboratory technologists, public health experts, infection prevention and control practitioners, epidemiologists, pharmacists, students and residents.

The exhibit hall will be open as follows:
• Wednesday, April 29, 10:00-20:00
• Thursday, April 30, 10:00-13:45
PAYMENT POLICY: Payment is due within 30 days of the issue date of the invoice. Applications received less than 45 days prior to the event must be accompanied by 100% payment of fees.
MEETING/EVENT SPACE RESERVATIONS: If meeting and/or event space is needed, exhibitors must go through the AMMI Canada – CACMID Annual Conference Secretariat – phone 613-260-3233, extension 104, or email meetings@ammi.ca.
PHOTOGRAPHS: Photographs taken at the AMMI Canada – CACMID Annual Conference will be utilized in future promotional material that may include print, electronic, or other media including the AMMI Canada and CACMID websites. By participating at the AMMI Canada – CACMID Annual Conference, you grant AMMI Canada and CACMID the right to use your profile captured photographically for such purposes.
HEALTH AND SAFETY: The priority of both AMMI Canada and CACMID is to create a safe environment at the conference. All aspects of the conference will be conducted following local public health guidelines in place at the time of the conference.
AMMI Canada, CACMID, and Unconventional Planning are the ONLY official housing agents for the annual conference. No other housing company, travel agent, or third party agency is authorized to place hotel reservations on behalf of the AMMI Canada – CACMID Annual Conference.
The host hotel for the AMMI Canada – CACMID Annual Conference 2026 is the Delta Hotels St. John's, and a limited number of guest rooms have been secured for our group. The conference rates will be available until March 20, 2026, or until our group block is sold out, whichever comes first. After that point, any new reservations will be subject to availability at the daily rate applicable at the time of reservation. Individuals are responsible for their own hotel reservations and their own room, tax, and incidental charges. All charges must be paid upon checkout.
For hotel accommodations at the Delta Hotels St. John's, exhibitors are required to reserve their rooms by March 20, 2026.
For individual reservations, be sure to use our conference link to receive our preferred rates: click here to reserve a room at the Delta Hotels St. John's at a special rate of $194 for a Standard Room or $214 for a Premier Room (rates subject to applicable taxes).
If a room block of five (5) or more rooms is needed, the reservations must be booked through the AMMI Canada – CACMID Annual Conference Secretariat. Send all room block information by email to meetings@ammi.ca in the form of a spreadsheet with the following information: guest names, arrival dates, departure dates, any special notes, and a valid credit card number to hold the reservations (the credit card will not be charged unless a room is cancelled after March 20, 2026).
The AMMI Canada – CACMID Annual Conference Secretariat has secured special discounts with Air Canada, Porter, and WestJet for travel to and from St. John's for the conference. To take advantage of travel discount offers, you will need the booking instructions provided in your exhibit booth space application confirmation email. If you have submitted an application form online but are unable to locate the confirmation email, send an email to registration@unconventionalplanning.com.
Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing, by email to exhibits@unconventionalplanning.com.
Cancellation will result in a refund based upon the following schedule: those submitted 120 days before the beginning of the event will receive a full refund less a $200 administrative fee; those submitted 119 to 60 days before the event will be refunded 50% of the total exhibitor commitment; no refunds will be provided within 60 days of the event.
The AMMI Canada – CACMID Annual Conference Secretariat reserves the right to resell/reassign exhibit space upon receipt of written cancellation. Applications not fully paid by the event start date are subject to cancellation and/or reassignment at the Conference Secretariat's discretion, without refund and with liability for the balance remaining due.
